We love our island community year-round, and during Strawberry festival in the summer is when you see it all come together. The drive-through area outside of Island Queen and the Vashon Recess Lab becomes a courtyard filled with booths held by kids that live here.
So plan ahead… What do you like to make? Macaroni necklace jewelry? Or maybe drawing is your favorite thing? If you’re 2-18 years old and want to sell something you’ve made, let us know. We know one children’s booth is a clothing-rack stocked with vintage. This is a unique opportunity for children to be responsible for their own booth, mostly (…maybe not the 2 year olds).
